In that case you need moderator help.
If you are a new customer to public mobile then you need to go to Walmart/London drugs or wow mobile to get a free SIM and online activation.
If you have a SIM card then you have to do online activation.
Please make sure you use your friend phone number to get additional 10$ credit during activation.
