I am still having a problem putting in a ticket when I touch the put in ticket button

the circular arrow comes up trying to reach Telus but the screen goes white and nothing happens.I have tried many time,I even left it for a 1/2 hour.I’m putting in the ticket because the local hospital can’t reach me or other people on public mobile cell phones. Having a number to call with a real person would nice.Do they ( public mobile)not check the community Forum?  Any help would be great .Thank-you

Only when hospital calls they say it doesn’t ring they just hear the busy signal ,and they have dialed 1 before the whole number .
