@Mamabear1985  - you can make a payment by calling 611 from your device if you have a credit card registered.

 

OR, purchase a voucher at a location near you to add via 611.

After 90 days of nonpayment your account is permanently closed, and you lose your number and access to self serve...fyi.

@Mamabear1985   you have to wait.  It might be just an hour temporary lock

 

but if you are unable to login again, try Reset Password link, enter the correct email and answer the security questoin.

 

if you are still unable to login, then you need to open ticket with PM Support:

***Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

Did you type your password wrong 5 times? Wait one hour and try again. Be careful that you haven't made a minor mistake in your email as I've done that typing the correct password but having accidently typed a comma instead of a period in the email address. If you cannot remember the password try the forgot password option. If that doesn't work for you then type in password reset in the subject line and contact customer support.
