I cannot log into my account associated with phone number. I have reset my password multiple times using a code sent to my mobile phone number above. I would like to change my form of payment as my Credit Card has changed.

NO worry, your number just got suspended, not deactivated. So, you can still change credit card and resume service
Please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to login as advised
If you cannot login still , submit a ticket with CS agent
Please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Curtis5 First go to the down arrow top right of your post and select edit and then delete the tel. # from it as you are posting on an open public forum for all to view.
Have you tried logging into your account using private/incognito mode or another browser. That is required as the site has a terrible caching problem.
edit: BTW, your other option is to purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone which gives you more time to sort out account access to change the payment card.
