How to view Transaction History beyond 6 months/180 days?

Is there any way to view your Public Mobile Transaction History on Self Serve beyond the 180 day rolling period? Need my older transactions for tax reporting.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

I am assuming if you have to go beyond 12 months you should still be able to through the above method depending on how far back you are going for tax purposes.

Encouraging a member to go through the private messaging route automatically results in the customer receiving slower service.  Whenenver possible, the ticketing process that is in placed should be used.

Sorry, but you can't see that information in your Self Serve account.  You can ask for a receipt by asking a customer support agent. The proper way to do that is to do that through:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
