Reply YES to get this limited time offer added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date.

@jinnrers I was going to do that a month ago. I said yes, then changed my mind. It didn't show up in my account, so I was worried. Then about 3 days after the date to accept by, when I signed in online it was there showing what my new plan would be and the amount to charge my cc. It had the option to cancel upcoming changes which I did.
Then it didn't give me a confirmation that it was cancelled so I was worried again. I took a screenshot of the cancelation.
When my account renewed, the plan change did not take effect and I was still on my old plan. 😁
I wish there was a better way for them to execute this process though.
So don't worry, if you cancel, you will be fine.

@jinnrers , on or around August 14 you will see the plan change set up for the next scheduled renewal in your online account. You will have until the plan change date to cancel the plan change or keep it. I would not fret over making a bad choice as there is plenty of thinking time to reflect on the decision.

Check your account, if you can see a plan change, just cancel it, otherwise use the chat bit to create a tick and ask CSA to cancel the plan change

I believe if you log into your account, there is a button to cancel this upgrade. This will work only if it was set to upgrade at your next cycle (which I believe your text message specified - I had a couple of relatives that did this). If this doesn't work you will have to contact support. Good luck.
