I thought i cancelled autopay but when i went to the payment page i still see my credit card information is stored in Autopay.

To add to @computergeek541 post, go to the Payment TAB, then see the Bottom, Left Corner of your Screen.

@Mindylau2 : If you're sticking around then why remove autopay? You get the free 2 bucks. But if you're going then that's that.

Disabling autopay doesn't remove the card, just as adding a card doesn't enable autopay. Sometimes, someone might wish to make a one-time payment, and to do that, the card first needs to be saved on the Public Mobile account. Go back into the Payment section of your account and click on "manage my card". Then select "remove this credit card".
