How to switch my e-sim to a new device

I’m going to be getting a new device and I already have an e sim for my current phone. Just wondering how I switch it to my new phone?

It's super easy. When you get your new phone, download the Public Mobile app and sign in. The 2FA code will go to your old phone cause it's still active. Then on the app, go purchase another eSIM. It will say it's $5 but when you go to the checkout, it will be free. No charge. Then do the same as you did when you first got an eSIM. It's that easy. If you need anymore help, feel free to ask.

You have to ask PM for new eSIM which should be free if you are switching phones or current eSIM fails.
