How to restore service when there is no option to do so when I sign in?

Due to missing email notifications from Public Mobile my service was stopped in September.
I found the emails, it says to log in and click on "Reactivate Account" but there is no option to do so. I can't access my my payment method, I can't access anything but new subscriptions and it won't take my sim number. It hasn't been 90 days. The first warning email was dated Sept 09, 2025.

Help me Obi Wan, you're my only hope.

It says it doesn't know that phone number.

You can dial 611 from your phone or dial 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and follow the prompts.

BTW, I was unable to create a ticket from the agent, it kept throwing an error. I tried several options.
