I purchased a subscription 3 weeks ago and have paid the subscription fee $40! But I have not yet even received the SIM card which I have paid an extra $10. Given such inconveniency to even reach an agent to request an update, I'm no longer interested in Public Mobile. I'd like to request refund!! Their services work like joke!

Public Mobile doesn't have a customer service chat option. Unfortunately, you'll need to wait for a reply from a customer support agent after a ticket has been opened.

This issue is I can't even reach an agent through online chat! There's no agent on chat helping customers. I have no idea who did this whole stupid system, so annoying and disappointing!

@Dilll Sorry to hear about these troubles. Have you tried buying sim from Amazon? $5 and quick delivery. Pm should reimburse you for the $10 sim. Open a ticket using the orange chat bubble. Pm agent can assist in refund situation. Hope this helps
