Unfortunately, customers can't delete the credit card information.  If you really want to remove, you can contact customer service agent as described in previous post.  Most customers do not need to do that. Once you port out, your PM account will be closed permanently and your credit card will not be charged.

you need PM to help to remove the credit card from the account.

  Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

Either would be fine.

However, if you do port your number out, your PM account will be automatically closed and you will not be charged.

FYI, your PM account needs to be active for a port to be successful.  You can turn off autopay and still port out, but account needs to be active and working for you to receive port request text.

@Shirly19

When you unsubscrib by clicking on that tab,

The system page should show warnings that you are unsubscribed and your account will be suspended at a certain date.

Yes, you can use the phone until the end of your payment cycle.  Then at your next payment date, your account will be suspended.  If suspended more than 90 days, then your PM account will be permanently closed and phone number lost.

@Shirly19

You will need to unsubscribe from your subscription.  That will turn off autopay.
