You sent message already to Moderator_Team?  

Moderators can't unlock phones from other carriers. You have to ask original carrier.

CRTC is not who you contact to file complaint. You would need to go to CCTS.

Is your phone network locked or PUK locked?  PM doesn't Network lock phones.  So what one is it and what type of phone do you have?

Public mobile can't help with locked phone

You should contact manufacturer or original provider, they must provide you with unlock code free of charge

Pm simply has no access to such info
