Wait times are longer for CSA help due to BF deals.  

Do you have a specific question in mind?  Often community members on the forum can offer troubleshooting advice to solve issues without need for CSA help.  

Submiting tickets is preferred than sending private messages to CSA

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

 https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

However, if you can't submit ticket, then private message is the next preferred option.
