My account auto renewed for 3 months. I thought the renewal was at the end of the month but it was the 29th (today). Can I cancel and get a refund?

Since Public Mobile is a pre paid service, I'm pretty sure they won't give you a refund. You're already into another cycle. There are 30 day and 90 day cycles. My suggestion is to ride this last one out and then in the last week of service, you can cancel or port out to another service. That will automatically close your account.

the transaction was correct, it was not at the end of the month as PM's cycle are 30 days or 90 days and not monthly or 3 months
so, your plan was actually 90 days and hence it renewed couple days earlier than you though
