How to downgrade the plan? e.g. from $35/mo to $25/mo?

you can only download to a plan that you see on My Account's Change Subscription page.  It is true that you might not have too many choices to downgrade, but I think $35 plan still have option to change to plan around $30.  You can change to that lowest plan you see first for next month, then hopefully you see another even cheaper plan after.

And sorry, PM support agent cannot help to change to a plan that you don't see on your Change Subscription page

everyone downgrade plan the same way, login My Account->Change Subscription and choose the plan offered there

if no $25 plan there, then sorry, you have no choice changing to a $25 plan
