@Vinsent Your most sensible option is to future date her rate plan to the promo plan. This way, when her current 90 days plan expires, it will be renewed with the promo plan.

EDIT: I would avoid contacting moderators unless she needs the extra data right away. They have been pretty busy and we should let them focus on more important matters.

She should contact a mod. To be safe, she should also future date a plan change so it will change to the promo plan in 90 days.
