A few ways:
1. If you port your PM number to another mobile company, it automatically closes your PM account.
2. In your self service account, unsubscribe from your prescription. Then at your next renewal date, your account will be suspended. After 90 days of suspension, your account will be premanently closed.

hi @Tanroy are you new subscriber who just joined and would like to cancel? You will need to message support and ask them to help if it is a new activation and you cannot even login My Account. Message them here:

If you are not new activation, and you can login My Account, go to Payment->Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed

you can port out your number, activate new account with the new carrier and give them your PM account number to arrange port out
if you don't need to port out, just login My Account, go to Payment, click Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed there
