How to cancel a support ticket.

I submitted a support ticket and am just wondering how to cancel it.

I no longer require the help that was requested.

Ok, it was to change my plan to a cheaper one, but found another option and don't want them changing it and making my plan less then paid for

you don't really need to cancel it.  But if you like, just go to your Community message inbox and find the message and reply CS agent and ask them to ignore:
