How to Change Voicemail PIN?

•What’s the easiest way to change your voicemail PIN? (iPhone user).

•Would changing VM PIN delete current VM greeting?

I tried calling my voicemail to do it but could not figure it out. I also tried doing it in self serve but got an error message.

@trgtrg2020 correct. Only mods can do the account pin.

If you need to change it you can open a ticket for them through the chat bot

There isn't a way to change your account pin except to ask the moderators.

@cellphoneuser1  Only MODs can change Account PIN? I wish they allowed us to change ourselves lol.

@trgtrg2020 You have to hold the 1 key down and change it in the options. If you forgot.it, go to the self serve account to reset the voicemail password.

@esjliv Voicemail PIN and account PIN are seperate. Mods don't change vociemail PIN.

@trgtrg2020  call your voicemail. 

Press 4

Press 4 again

Press 1 to change voicemail password.

No it will not affect your greeting.
