How do I use my points? Bill went up $7 😭

I would rather not pay an extra $84 a year for the exact same service. Is there any way to use the new points to get my bill down again?

$84 I Suggest you look at the new plans there got to be something cheaper than that. Like the 34$ 50g can/us plan and save some money or the $50 100gig. Just make sure you change on renewal.

Just noticed that the 84 was a total for the year. But it still won't hurt to check out the newer plans

@froglike , we are all in the same boat here. It's rough, man!!

How much points for you have? You need a minimum of 15 for a $15.00 bill credit.

Add-ons start at 5 points.

If you have enough,  sign into your account,  click My Rewards.  Browse the catalog and choose the bill credit redeem button.

https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/

While you are there, shop subscription to see if there is a cheaper plan you might be interested in. If so, click Change on Renewal so that you are not charged immediately for the new plan without finishing the current one.
