To change email you have to contact agent.
At the same time agent can update your credit card info or you can do it when you gain access to your account.

contact support team by CS_Agent to change email.
after you changed then also Change your Community email address (publicmobile.ca)
to keep both email in your account to get rewards community.

You can change your credit card in your My Account. But your email attached to your account needs to be changed with a CSA, so submit a ticket with them to change it.
Although, if you know the password even with an incorrect email, you can still access My Account to change the credit card.
