I go notice this morning that my Public Mobile account was suspended due to non payment. Fact is the account is up to date except and a payment should be deducted from my bank account (CIBC) either today or tomorrow.
I've been trying to get help for this issue but having no success.
Also, seems to have been a payment but may have been used to buy talk time in the amount of the payment. Can't confirm the payment withdrawal from my bank account as the statement is only up-to-date a few days before days before the actual transaction time.

Check if you have service. If you have service, your plan isn't suspended. Public Mobile often shows incorrect messages about expired plans/suspended accounts in the self serve account on renewal day.

So do you have activate service now? When you log into your account and check the payment history what's the status?
