When did you activate? You chose it at activation or if you activated at a store you chose it when you created your account. It has 4 digits. Did you use the same one as your old one from your old provider? To pick a new one you have to contact customer support.

Check on your phone device to see if you have a text messages from the day that you opened your account. In that text message, the PIN number will be in there.

@clevrkevr You might have received a PIN via email/text when you first activated your account. Otherwise you'll have to submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support to allow you to reset your PIN. Here's a link to chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
