@Excel_Basilio7 Did you cancel your Public Mobile account already? It needs to be still active for the number to transfer. IPhone 16 is dual sim, can you not just log in to your existing account and purchase an esim to do the transfer (or get a physical PM sim from Telus/Koodo store, Mobile Klinik or Amazon if you are using esim for Virgin)? You can log in to your account initially by selecting "didn't get the code" and getting the log in 2fa by email or voicemail.

You just have to have Active PM account and SIM in any kind of phone in order to receive SMS from PM and reply Yes.

I switched to virgin from being with public mobile. I have a temporary number from virgin but in order for me to transfer my old number from public Mobile to virgin, id have to get access to my old phone number. The problem is that I resented my old iPhone 12 and erased everything after transferring everything into my new IPhone 16. I won’t get access to the texts for me to reply to transfer my old number to virgin mobile

no number to call..everything is done on-line. Click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support. In the meantime, what is the problem, maybe we can help.
