I'm changing banks and I'd like to change the card I use for my AutoPay, but there doesn't seem to be an option to do this. How do I so; please help.

In self serve, first take out the old card and logout.
go back in using incognito tab and enter new card info, just to make sure, try to top up your account by $1 and see if this goes through. When it does, you are good.

EDIT-if you have not created a Self Serve account yet, you can do that here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Log into your Self Serve account and navigate to the PAYMENT tab.
See bottom, left corner to change/update the card on file.
