How do I cancel my order?

On Jan 25 I signed up for a plan.  SIM card was to be delivered to my by Feb 4.  Since I have not received the card I want to cancel my order and receive a refund.  I have not activated my account.

you can try asking PM for the sim card or arrange refund

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
