Hello there,
I am currently having an issue on disabling autopay. As I am not in Canada at the moment, I do not want to pay for the service at the moment until I come back two months after. I was just charged the amount for the plan, and the amount of funds is added to the balance of my account. I want to keep it like this, but I am afraid it will be paid towards the balance if I do not disable autopay. I could not find the autopay tab under payment. Can anyone please let me know if it will be automatically paid or it will not do so until I pay it manually? Is autopay disabled in this case? I have attached a screenshot showing the situation of my account. Thank you very much!

@reynold334 Just login to your account and suspend service under Lost/Stolen SIM. This will not stop the counted to your expiry, or termintaion, date.

@reynold334, There you go. As @will13am suggests, message the mods and see if they can provide some help.

@GreatCanadianwrote:@will13am, if the funds are already in the account (and it appears that the funds are there - added with a voucher), will those funds will be used on the normal renewal date? Even if he deletes the credit card, he already has the funds added, so on his next renewal date those funds will be used. At least that's how I interpret it.

Shoot, I missed that. If enough funds are in the account, the system will take that money and renew even if the payment card is removed. In that case, the moderator team will need to be involved to see how they can hold back the auto renewal.

@reynold334, the way I manage auto pay is by deleting the credit card from the account. It's the sure way of getting the job done. You can add it back When you want to.
