Holding 1 doesn't work for me at all.
Is any other way to access my voice mail?

Uhm.... is there a question in there? If you don't know how to access it, read the posts above yours - there's PLENTY of info there.

You can call your own cell number (10 digit numbers) using your cell phone or landlines. Once connected listen to the prompt and select.

If you go into your dialer settings go to
Voicemail then
Advanced settings
Setup then
Voicemail number
It may be that it's not picking up the right number for since reason
You can change it to one of the following (any should really work but it's nicer to pick one closest to you)
Original post is here
Here is the list to all Access numbers.

What happens when you try to call yourself?

Or as per PM help.
To access voicemail messages from your mobile device, hold down the ‘1’ key on your phone keypad.
You can also access your voicemail from a landline or any other phone line, by dialing your 10-digit phone number, selecting ‘Send’ or ‘Call’ and then pressing ‘*’ to skip the system greeting.

Most cell phones it's programmed into 1.
You can you also Call own cell# when message starts to play press star*
You can also call (your area code)+ 580 + 4001.
you can use any other phone to call and access your voicemail
. If you're on the $15 100 minute plan it's a good way to save your outgoing call minutes.
