@Mujataba Hi if you have created online account BY YOURSELF before then simply go to Public Mobile main page and click on My Account and enter your Username (email id) and password.
If you didn't make any account yet and store had activated your sim then that means you need to registed yourself first only then you will get the access to My Account.

@Mujataba Assuming you are referring to your self-serve account. You will be able to login to that by clicking on the following link. Use your email and password you entrered during activation. If you activated at a store, you will first need to create an account.

Just click the red my account button in top right corner, then enter your email and password, if that don't work click the forgot password button - if all that don't work then send private message to moderator team by clicking this link:
