Hi, my due date is tomorrow and I have $24 in my account. My plan is $37 per month so I tried adding $13 to my account, but it didn't accept. And I registered my visa card many times and I used this card for payment previously for my plan. Can you please check out your online payment system / problems?

Had my visa card blocked for no reasons. Finally unblockd now after 3 days

I just tested to see if I could add funds to my account, and it let me.
Have you attempted to use another browser or incognito mode to process your payment?
What other troubleshooting methods have you tried so far?
EDIT: Please ensure you're mindful of responses and not to include any personal information. Following @matbasm's advice is the best idea if you feel like you've exhausted all troubleshooting options.

If you are having issues with payment in the self serve portal, you will need to send a private message to the @CS_Agent, with your account information, and details of the problem. They are gone for the day, but will be back on-line in the morning.
