i activated my account the day that your we're offering +5gb of data and I still haven't received it yet. 

how do I get it?

I signed up on the 1st and just got my bonus credits today, it might also be taking longer than usual due to the holiday giveaway that came out today that seems to be bogging the system down.

Did you activate on a plan that is $35 or higher before December 2nd? The deal ended on the 2nd - it takes two business days for it to appear. 

It should appear under "My Data & Add-Ons" under self service. If it does not appear, I would recommend contacting a moderator to ensure you get that promo. You can contact them by clicking the ? at the bottom right corner of the screen.

According to terms you should receive within two business days. Eligible customers will be provided the one-time 5 GB data Add-On within  2 business days of activation.
