Did you get the message before December 31th?? I think you can still reply yes if you forgot.

Can't submit a ticket........tried. Can't get passed their silly questions........last question of what date the last add ons were is holding is up.........there is no date?! UGH so frustrated

Yes customer since 2020..........my daughter's phone..........she didn't reply to the Text ugh

@Thimer05 if your didn't rely the text at all
maybe too late.. you missed the train..
but, there are people who replied and didn't get it still, so, open a ticket with PM support and hope for the best.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

@Thimer05 Submit a ticket to customer support via the chatbot bottom right of the screen or send a private message to CS_Agent via the envelope icon top right and they will be able to tell you whether you are still eligible to receive the holiday gifts or not as long as you were a customer last month.

There is no phone number. It's all online support to the agents. Click on the little cartoon quote to the lower right and muddle your way through the chatbot to get to Submit ticket.

@Thimer05 PM support is all online.. may I know what is the issue and maybe we can help? If it is issue not involved refund or so, we have haven't workarounds for you and can resolve the issues quickly than waiting for a reply from PM
