Hold account for 1.5 month

Hi , I am going out of country from Aug 22 to Oct 06, 2024. I would like to hold my account.  My billing period is 20th of every month.  please do not charge to my credit card on Aug 20  until I am back to the country on Oct 7, 2024

We are all customers like you here. Nobody from Public Mobile on these boards. 

You need to log into your account and turn off auto payment. Then, you'll have 89 days to reactivate your account with the same number.

Your billing isn't actually the 20th of every month as Public Mobile doesn't have monthly plans but instead, has 30 and.90 day plans.

For your situatiom, autopay could be disabled, and as long as there aren't enough funds for your next plan renewal, your account will go into suspension. Remember that accounts that have been suspended for 90 days will get permanemtly closed.
