@Al3  Sign in to your selfserve account. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

 

Two options are available: "Replace this credit card" and "Remove this credit card"
Use "Replace this credit card" to update the CC info


Note: When entering the postal code do not enter any spaces. Also do not use the unit number field even if you live in an apartment or condo and use a desktop browser if you can.

I presumed as much. Since other customers were reading or will read your post, I felt it necessary to make a distinction because you did not mention credits in your post.

I was referring to credits.

When a credit card is used to pay, taxes are automatically added.

If you are referring to the positive credit balance to pay, your advice is spot-on! Thank you for adding that. 🙂

Don't forget taxes add 13%; so, the amount in your account must be 30 day cost + 13%.

Hi,

If you are in your self-serve account, click Payment and then Make a Payment. The lowest amount listed is $5, according to my screen captures. If $5 is not there, pay the lowest amount and the difference between that amount and $3 will be placed in your account as a positive credit balance to be used for future payments.

Use your credit card on file to pay $5 for the missing $3. The difference of $2 will be placed in your self-serve account as a positive credit balance to be used for future payments. You will not lose the $2.

Then I can pay try to pay $23 but I can't go throw.
Then paid only $20
I need to pay $3 more

Did you pay the FULL cost of your plan, or the net cost after credits were supposed to have been deducted from it?

If you paid the net cost, see if the credits are in the positive credit balance in your self-serve account. If they are not there, your service was suspended due to insufficient funds. In order to restore service, make a payment equal to the missing credits, and your service will be restored as soon as the billing system recognizes the change in your account.
