I am having trouble accessing my account. I believe I had cancelled the service 2 months back but I am being charged for last 2 months. When I try to login with the username and password, it says invalid. I tried to redrive the email and password saying I forgot them with the phone number, but it I get invalid phone number message. What can I do in this situation? I can't access my account, the service is still active and I am being charged. I want to cancel this service.

if you cannot login , that confirmed your account have closed. Should be an easy ticket to get your money back

I unsubscribed the service as it was a temporary number. The problem is now I can't login to the account and it says the phone number is invalid. But, I am charged twice even after unsubscribing.

did you port out the number or you just disable Autopay?
if you just disable autopay, check your My Account again. Go to Payment > Manage Subscription and check if subscribed is disabled
if it is disabled, or if you ported out, check with PM and arrange refund
