I had to Purchase this for my Mother, as she is going on Vacation, BUT there's NO way I can determine Where in the Self-Serve Portal info is, So, I can't tell IF the Add-On was bought. How can this be rectified? Plus, due to it being EXTREMELY Confusing, $35 2x
So, How can PM reassure me that I have NOT been billed 2x, or that the US Roaming was indeed added on.
This is quite an EXTREME Puzzle

For future reference, I do mention how you can verify that you've got the add-ons on your accont in my how-to on purchasing add-ons:
See step 2.3.

I got the US Roaming Add-On on my Mother's Plan, and It worked without Incident, So far at least.
This, in my opinion, I think Roaming needs to be Add-Ons ONLY, as sometimes Accidentla Roaming can be very Expensive, and a BIG Hassle when trying to hussle with Customer Care.
I REALLY HOPE, REALLY AM HOPIN, Public WILL have an TRUE, 100% GLOBAL ROAMING that is 100% Add-On, and Well-Priced.
The Postpaid is STILL a SHOCKING Industry, They Claim Shockless, BUT that can only be compared to, some electro-SHOCK Theropy

If you have available funds (20$) after selecting the US 10-day roaming plan, and in the overview page you do not see a US 10-day roaming add-on in that section below, then you just need to select the plan and add it again.
Your credits should then reset to zero confirming the purchase.
Also, you can only add one of the particular add-ons, since the system won't allow you to stack; this prevents you from double purchasing the same item.

@makkahn28, I have never purchased the particular add-ons you obtained for your mom, but I have purchased add-ons before. They always show up in the overview page. It is pretty self evident. Being a veteran of this service, I am sure you know that add-on purchasing is a two step process. So, if you see $35 sitting in the account, you did not complete step 2.
