For Public Mobile customers, this is almost a non-factor.  This information does not apply to Public Mobile customers for outgoing calls, nor does it factor in for incoming calls when it comes to the Public Mobile customer's service. The only time local calling areas come into play is for the person who is calling the Public Mobile customer.

I just posted this so a new customer picking a new number can see what cities that they can choose to keep a "local" number.
