I have ordered from here a few times. I am not sure how they make money when they offer 1.99 per SIM ? 

They do ask in your cart if you want to tip though. Maybe that is where they make all the dough!  i doubt it...

The website doesn't have the 'feel' of a legitimate and well-designed website.  Strange ads and pop-ups and scrolling things...

Also what you buy is a fast transaction and free delivery.

I, and another customer in my area, ordered from CSS when prices for SIM's were $2 - $3.

They do go to that price point once in awhile, and there's no lower limit for shipping, which is also FREE.   They also have payment vouchers which can be 10 or 20% off, but you have to act fast on those as they disappear within an hour or so.

They've been quite reliable for me, thus far.
