I referred my brother to Public Mobile a couple years back and he's been happy with the service. Currently he has been cut off for non payment because his credit card had been renewed (he's on the monthly credit card pre-payment). Since he barely knows what an email address is, he has no idea how to go about updating it to renew his service. I tried to access his account but I don't remember which email address I used when activating his service the first time, and he's no help at all.
So my question is how can we obtain the email address that's linked to his mobile number / account in order for him to update his credit card information and get his service back. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
