Having trouble login in to my public mobile it's saying unsuccessful user and login disabled

Yeah, My account works, no problems.

The account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many (5) attempts. You might want to wait an hour and try again.

Try with using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Try force refresh.

Force-refreshing a page will clear that page's cache, allowing you to see the most recent version of the page as opposed to any information your browser saved in the past: CTRL+F5 or Ctrl+refresh icon.

@GaetanS   My Account is working and I can login without issue.  Just open ticket with PM Support (steps on my post above) and have them to confirm and reset the credentials for you.

Try:

 

  1. waiting 1 hour
  2. clearing cache and cookies
  3. using incognito mode
  4. if possible, utilize another device on a completely different browser to login  (This is sometimes triggered by a 'fussy' or incompatible browser, usually when Public Mobile is doing some back-end work.   There are times when I've been able to login and perform self-serve actions using one browser, but not at all on another)

@keishahanlon   You have an active service with PM at the moment?  (Just want to confirm, suspended accounts for 90 days+ would have been permanently closed) 

 

If you have an active service, too many failed attempts might have triggered an one hour temporary lock.  Just wait a full hour and try again

 

If you are still unable to login after the 1 hour wait,   try Forgot Password first:(https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

 

You will just need to enter the correct email address and then answer the Security question and you can reset the password

 

If you are still unable to reset the password that way, then open ticket with PM Support and have them reset the login credentials for you:

***Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
