Sometimes need up to 48 hrs to validate the voucher.

It is easier to add the voucher to your account by dialing 611. If you do add it online ensure you clear your browser cache/history and then open a new window in incognito.

Where did you purchase the voucher?
Try entering it in an hour as noted by @computergeek541 .
You might want to go back to where you purchased the voucher if it doesn’t work if you tried again.

There can be delay immediately after purchase before the voucher becomes valid. Please try using it again after a few hours.
