Sorry to hear about your troubles. Unfortunately, Public mobile does not have a call centre or live chat feature. Need to submit ticket and wait 1-2 hours for Customer service response.
What is happening? Community members (customers like yourself) can often troubleshoot and offer advice to solve issues with CSA involvement.
