This process has been a long time nightmare. 

1- the security through Telus is terrible and a bad experience.

my phone has problems I have a new iPhone that can only be activated vie eSIM card but please tell where I have go or do to get it !!!!. Please someone !!! A person from customer service contact me

just in case you are still trying to get eSIM for your new iPhone, it is now available for existing subscribers. as well:

but if you just want to activate new line, then you can just go ahead withiut any issue

sorry, existing customers can only use physical sim card at the moment and cannot migrate to eSIM yet 😞 

While PM  might lift thos restriction soon, hopefully in a month or two,  this is not the time yet for existing customers to migrate to eSIM

Understand you have a new iPhone with eSIm only but you might need to get a loaner phone for the time being until eSIM is available for everyone 😞

@tito25  You do it when you activate you are giving option for eSIM or physical sim or to order a sim
