Help I haven't used my phone in month and won't let me use my voucher

Probably got desactivated

 

@Agentsecurite If you call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter your number and the system is unable to locate your account, then Yes, your account has been suspended for over 90 days and got permanently closed 

 

To come back to PM, you will need to get a new SIM card from Telus or Koodo store, your old sim card would not be able to be used again 

Once you got the new sim card,  activate with a new phone number using credit card.  You can also activate by using a voucher but need to open ticket with PM and arrange with them first.

When did you purchase your voucher?  Some vouchers do take about 24 hours to "activate".  

Also make sure that you are entering the right numbers.  

You can also try to enter either via your self service account or by calling 611 on your phone.
