How do I add my kids to my account? Can I keep their same number?

@Lindsay7hi you can’t add them to your account you have to activate their sim with a new email which will make a new account but you can pay through their account with your credit card In other words each account needs it’s own  email address

Sorry, but additional phone numbers cannot be added to an account. Each phone number must be in its own account.  As to whether they can keep their number, those phone numbers must be still active at the old carrier, and the phone numbers must be from a city that Public Mobile/Telus Mobility also normally offers phone numbers for.
