Have you ever registered for a Self Serve account? If not, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Note: that if more than 90 days have passed in suspend, your account and SIM card will be permanently deactivated. And all rewards or Available Funds are lost.
You will need to obtain a new Public Mobile SIM to activate a new account/number if you wish to come back to Public Mobile.

Check your spam folder. If nothing is there wait one hour and try again.

are you sure your email address used?
if so, wait an hour. You probably tired too many times and account got locked.
If you just unsure the email address used, try Forgot password link with all your possible email address used.
if you still unable to figure it out and really need to reset password , open a ticket with Mod
