I cannot open a ticket. The page never loads. But my problem is my plan has auto renewed today, payment gone through but I'm unable to use my mobile data, it's just no available.
This is not due to signal issues it is something wrong with my plan.

you can make a manual payment to resume service yourself.
You can either use *611 to pay if you now the 4 digits account pin
Or you can login My Account to Pay. Use Incognito mode to login to My Account, you will see your Subscription is ON HOLD and there is a button Pay now to resume services. Just click on that and follow the steps to make a manual payment

Sounds like AutoPay was disabled and it happens to some members.
First did you create a Eversafe ID so you can login to your account and enable AutoPay?
Sign Up if you don’t have Eversafe ID.
