I paid for the month and thought I set up the number transfer correctly but I can get a new number instead but can’t go back to get a new number instead of transferring

I am a new customer and I clicked to transfer my old number but it won't let me. it took the money but said it says subscribtion not activated and there's no screen to do anything to fix it

If you have an active plan and you can login your account, you can get a new number at any time, by opening the app, go to Account, change phone number.
