Help with Payment and Log-in

Hello @Moderator_Team

 

My phone has no service, even though it is set up for autopay and there is nothing wrong with my credit card. I've tried using your self-serve automated system to change the credit card, to see if it will help, but it was useless. The Simon bot is not helpful either.  Also, I cannot log into my public account to check my account status.  

 

Please help. Thank you.

I've added the voucher, the phone acknowledged payment, and yet it still has no service.

What is going on???

If the issue is a missed payment, no matter the cause, you can buy a voucher online at recharge.com and dial 611 to apply the voucher. To reset the password etc.. you will need to contact mods to reset.

@dbenjicoley Try calling 611 from your phone and you can make a payment there. You can also purchase a voucher online from recharge.com or from slected retail stores and pay using voucher.

Hi,

 

I initially set up the account as the phone was a gift to my mom. However, both my emails are not recognized by public mobile, and therefore, I cannot reset my password. Public mobile also doesn't recognize her number, so that option does not work.
