Hi all,
Activation failure at very end of the process.
PM sim is in “already used” state. Need & please help to reset the SIM state.

Did you get SIM form a real retailer or PM or from a 'buddy' or some marketplace?
Maybe SIM is really used already?

Try reboot and reset network settings
Or ask PM to help (but help desk closed now, they will reply tomorrow)
